Since all of our items are made-to-order, all sales are final.

We will always have a turnaround time posted on our website, which can be found on the banner at the top of the page.

If you need your order by a specific or sooner date, then please reach out to us prior to purchasing to inquire if the rushed timeline is feasible on our end. When we confirm the rushed order, then we ask that you would make a note of the date in your checkout notes.

If your rushed order requires us to make a special trip out for inventory that we did not have on hand prior, then there will be a standard/fixed rush order fee applied, which we will always mention via email.

If we do not have a prior discussion about rushed order timeframes, then we may not be able to honor them once your order is in our production queue.

If your package is returned to us (Magical Castle) due to whatever reason, such as an incorrect address for instance, then you must pay to have it shipped again to the correct location.

Yes, the pocket tees are more for design and less for utility. We are a machine embroidery company, so sewing the pocket shut is the only way for us to embroider on a pocket.

The white fabric sewn into the inside of each of our embroidered tees, crewnecks, and quarter zips is essential for keeping the embroidery in place especially on fabrics with a little stretch to it. We strongly advise against trying to remove it as this action will inevitably cause damage to the item. This white material does soften with each wash. We do not issue any refunds if you do not like this white material in the item. We also do not issue any refunds if you damage your item trying to remove the material.

It is always a good idea to look at the description of our items while perusing our shop. We will always list what the brand of the tee, quarter zip, or sweatshirt is, and we will specify the brand and color just in case the photo is showing up a little different. Not all items are of the same brand due to availability issues. We have learned how difficult it is to convey color appearances via an online format. It is almost impossible to properly capture the correct color pigments of our apparel in our listing photos, but we try our very best! Also, please note that as some of our items are pigment dyed, they may fade slightly after washing them. 

When your order is in the hands of the post office, then it is no longer our responsibility if it gets delivered to the wrong location, or if it says "delivered," but is not.

In some instances, these "delivered" notifications may even appear just before your package is delivered.

Yes, we can refund your order for whatever reason, however, you must request a refund within the first 24 hours since the purchase was made. If you request a refund after your item or order has been shipped, then we will be unable to issue a refund.

We receive tons of messages about brand representative, social media manager, graphic designer, etc. types of positions. We are not in search of any social media managers or graphic designers. As for brand representative searches, we typically tend to stay away from large brand representative searches as they can be chaotic. We will alert our followers on our social media platforms if we are ever searching for brand representatives, so be sure to follow us across our platforms for more details regarding searches.

Our flash sales occur any time we are looking to mark down extra inventory or sell slightly imperfect items. We typically announce these sales on our Instagram account. However, sometimes the sales are a surprise too! The items in these sales can be ranging from pre-made one of a kind items or sligtly imperfect items. Please note that all slightly imperfect pieces will be marked down accordingly. All other important details regarding flash sales will be explained on our Instagram before the sale starts!
